Un petit mot sur l’Irlande vu que l’Oireachtas vient de publier la modification à la constitution que requiert le traité de Lisbonne. A noter l’article 9:
The State shall not adopt a decision taken by the European Council to establish a common defence pursuant to Article 42 of the Treaty on European Union where that common defence [...]
